Dries Lombaard is without doubt South Africa’s foremost expert in strengths and talent development. He received his initial training as a Strengths Performance Coach (Levels 1-3) and in Strengths Based Leadership at the Gallup University in Omaha, Nebraska, and also studied at the Universities of Stellenbosch and Pretoria. He is currently CEO of the Talent Mosaic and African Mosaic, the driving force for the Strengths movement in South Africa. Under his guidance thousands of Strengths-coaches (at different levels) have been trained and equipped over the last decade.
His interest in leadership development was kindled from an early age and he has been actively involved in leadership development and corporate training for various organizations over the past 20 years. Dries also has corporate senior management experience in the fields of Organizational Effectiveness and Change Management. Widely travelled, Dries organized various Leadership Tours internationally, taking leaders to Leadership Summits and Conferences in Europe and the USA. Dries is passionate about people development, investing his time with leaders and managers on all spheres of life. His focus areas are Strengths-based Development, Executive Coaching, Organizational Effectiveness and Change Management.
Nico Liebenberg is an Executive Coach, Motivational Teacher and Business Psychologist with more than 23 years of organisational- and leadership transformation experience. Nico facilitates and teaches on organisation transformation, shifting paradigms, managing change, becoming self-aware, building balanced relationships, re-connecting with personal purpose, communicating effectively, and emotional intelligence. He specialises on designing and facilitating processes of human and organisational transformation. Nico is passionate about transforming South African companies by facilitating Strategic planning and top management team buildings, presenting emotional intelligence training to marketing and sales people and implementing strategic leadership development programs.
His focal areas are Executive Coaching, Life Coaching, Team Coaching, Strategic Facilitation, Emotional Intelligence, Motivational Teaching and Cross-Cultural Communication. Nico is a gifted speaker and the author of the books, 'Kleipot, wie's jou God' and 'Poetry and Paradigms'. He has been married for 21 years and the couple have five children.
Marius Oosthuizen is the Founder and Principle at CUSP Consulting and a strategic foresight practitioner with a strong background in project management, leadership development and training. He has presented at academic conferences, is a published writer on the topics of social cohesion and social change, and has appeared as policy commentator for the South African Institute of International Affairs (SAIIA) on challenges facing the South African Mining Industry. Based in Pretoria, South Africa, Marius works on solving complex problems, using systems thinking, scenario and strategic planning, forecasting and change management. He is particularly interested in fostering transformational change and leadership development, at personal, organizational and national levels.
Marius believes that change begins with leaders, and is passionate about equipping change-makers to be thought leaders in their field of expertise. Using the methodologies of the Futures profession, Marius helps leaders and organizations thrive in the midst of changing environments. His focus is the creation of strategy that is future ready. He holds a Masters of Arts in Strategic Foresight and his focal areas include Issues and Policy Analysis and Advisory, Strategic Capacity Development for Anticipatory Management, Sector and Industry Forecasting (Domestic and International), Design and Implementation of Impact Investment Projects and research for Business Intelligence. He has been married to Carina - a senior legal advisor to the Development Bank of South Africa (DBSA) - for eight years, and has one son.
Ereen Mclaggan (photo pending) is an HR specialist, specialising in leadership development and employee relations. Ereen holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management and has 10 years’ experience in the human resources field. She has extensive knowledge in people management and employee relations.
Ereen believes that people are not only born leaders, but that they can be coached and trained to become great leaders. She is passionate about people and to help them reach their full potential. Her focul areas are People Management, Corporate Training and Neuroleadership.
