Are women able to be effective leaders in the globalized, ever-changing corporate environment of the 21st Century? What advantages/disadvantages do they have compared to men as leaders?
In the African context this topic is very relevant as its often bee proposed that female leadership is perhaps the single most under-utilized force on this continent. However, all across the globe women seem to be stepping up in leadership roles - is this perhaps because of new leadership models requiring skills and abilities that come more natural to women than to men?
